Common questions

If you have an iPhone
iPhone running iOS 11 or later can scan the QR code directly from the camera app.

  2. Select the rear-facing camera in Photo mode.
  3. Centre the QR code you want to scan on the screen and hold your phone steady for a couple of seconds.
  4. Tap the notification that pops up to open the link.

If you have an Android phone
Most, but not all, phones running Android 9 or later can scan QR codes from the camera app.

Issued on public property by a municipality, by a parking company assigned by a municipality or by the police.

If you choose to pay your ticket with the payment is handled by Qvickly* who transfers the payment directly to Transportstyrelsen regardless of payment option. If you choose to pay your ticket by the invoice or partial counting option your debt to Transportstyrelsen is instantly cleared and your debt is transferred to Qvickly* instead.

Off street ticket (Kontrollavgift)
Issued on private property by the property owner, by a parking company or by a municipality assigned by the property owner.

If is an option for payment on your ticket the payee is always Qvickly*. Regardless if the payment is made with or a regular bank transfer Qvickly* will handle all payments for the issuer.
